Ultimate VR Package Promotion Terms

This ‘Win an Ultimate VR Package Promotion’ (‘Promotion‘) is organised and conducted by UltimateVRporn, registered under VR Wankers GmbH (“Promoter“).

This Promotion is organised and conducted by VR Wankers GmbH as part of its brand promotion activity. These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) and the terms and conditions of UltimateVRporn.com found at this website https://staging.ultimatevrporn.com/terms-of-service (“Website Terms”) shall govern this Promotion. Participant by participating in the Promotion agree to be governed by these Terms and Conditions and Website Terms.

1. Eligibility. The Promotion is open any individual visitor of UltimateVRporn.com who have completed eighteen (18) years of age (“Participant“) at the time of participation, during the Promotion Period.
2. Duration: This Promotion Round shall commence on April 1st, 2018 and close on June 30th, 2018. During the Promotion Round, for all Qualifying Entry Tickets during a the duration, there shall be One (1) lucky draw held at the end of the Promotion Round (“Draw Date“) and there shall be a total of 1 (one) winner for the Lucky draw for every Promotion Round (“Winner“). Any Qualifying Entry Ticket will be automatically carried forward to the next Promotion Round. The Winner shall receive an HTV Vive & Wireless TPCAST Adapter (“Prize“)
3. All draws will be computer generated and the Winner for the Round will be announced/ published through the Promoter website https://staging.ultimatevrporn.com/promotion on or before the 10th day of the following month and results shall also be available on request.
4. All reasonable efforts will be taken by the Promoter to contact the winner via e-mail or other contact means on the draw dates at the provided contact details to inform them about the prize they have won. No claim by the Winner regarding non-receipt of timely information from the Promoter will be entertained after 30 days of announcement/publication.
5. The Winner shall contact the Promoter within thirty (30) days from the date of announcement of lucky draw results to claim their Prize. The Prize will be send to the Winner by signed postal delivery.
6. The Winner will need to sent his or her address information in order to claim the Prize.
7. Failure of the Winner to respond with the necessary information and/or not turning up within thirty (30) days from the date of announcement of lucky draw results to claim the prize will lead to a new draw to pick new Winner for such unclaimed prizes.
8. The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
9. The validity of a participation to the Promotion shall be the sole discretion of the Promoter. Promoter reserves the exclusive right to deny participation to any Participant on account of unethical, false or unauthentic practices.
10. Participant shall abide the Promotion Rules as stated on https://staging.ultimatevrporn.com/promotion. Participant shall not place any links to UltimateVRporn.com that are in conflict with these Promotion Rules. In particular, Participant shall only place valid, relevant links to UltimateVRporn.com that are fully complaint with the webpage the link is placed on and relevant to the visitors of this webpage. Links that are in any way considered as spam are NOT allowed in this Promotion and NOT eligible to win the Prize.
11. Participant will notify Promotor by email when they have placed one or more links. In this email Participant will include link(s) to the webpage(s) where those links are placed on. The Promotor will validate the links and notify the Participant within 10 days weather or not the link is accepted.
12. For every link that is placed and accepted by the Promoter, the Participant will receive at least 1 and at most 10 entry ticket(s) as is stated on https://staging.ultimatevrporn.com/promotion.
13. Promoter reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Promotion Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time during the Promotion Period and the Participant shall be bound by such changes; all such changes will be notified through Promoter’s  website https://staging.ultimatevrporn.com/promotion. Promoter reserves the right to postpone/cancel the Promotion for any reason whatsoever including without limitation due to the provisions of any applicable Statute or Rules or Regulations as may be in force from time to time;
14. Any failure to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions may result in the disqualification of the Participant in the Promotion. Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Participant at its absolute discretion. The decision of Promoter with regard to any issue or conflict or any other matter regarding the Promotion shall be final and legally binding on all the Participants. The Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. In such case, Promoter shall not be liable to provide the Prize or any loss or damage to the Participant.
15. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of the Prize offered in this Promotion. Promoter shall not be responsible for any claims or liabilities related to or arising from the Prize, including without limitation any claims or liabilities concerning the delivery of the Prize or loss or injury suffered by the Participant and/or third parties as a result of usage or intended usage of any such Prize.
16. Promoter shall not be liable for any monetary loss or damage to or by any Participant resulting from participating in the Promotion.
17. All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Promotion are subject to the Laws of Germany and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts of Germany. The decision of the Promoter on all matters relating to the Promotion (including but not limited to any dispute/controversy arising out of this Promotion) shall be final and binding for all the Promotion Rounds.
18. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant accepts all the terms and conditions as specified above. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
